By downloading and using Glint: Morse Code Translator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App ¶

• The App is designed for educational purposes to help users learn and practice Morse code
• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use only
• You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the App
• The flashlight feature should be used responsibly and not directed at people's eyes

3. Emergency Signal Disclaimer ¶

• The SOS emergency signal feature is provided as a convenience tool
• This App is NOT a substitute for proper emergency communication equipment
• We do not guarantee that emergency signals will be seen or responded to
• Always carry proper safety equipment when in remote areas
• Call emergency services (911, 112, etc.) when possible for emergencies

4. Intellectual Property ¶

• All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Glint App
• Morse code itself is in the public domain
• User progress data remains the property of the user

5. User Conduct ¶

• You agree to use the App responsibly and not for any unlawful purpose
• You will not attempt to interfere with the App's functionality
• You will not use the flashlight feature to harass or endanger others

6. Pricing and Purchases ¶

• The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions
• Pricing is subject to change
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ¶

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes
• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in content
• Morse code translations are provided for educational purposes

8. Limitation of Liability ¶

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App
• We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from flashlight use
