Silk
The health metric your phone doesn't track

The Health Metric Your Phone Doesn't Track ¶
Silk is a private log for intimate wellbeing: frequency, mood, notes, trends over time. Calculator disguise on the icon, AES-256 encryption on disk, zero network calls.
Key Features ¶
- One-tap logging
- Frequency, mood, and notes per entry
- Calendar and pattern views
- Entirely offline, entirely on-device
Why Silk? ¶
Apple Health tracks sleep, steps, and heart rate, and draws a line somewhere before intimate wellbeing. Silk is what fills that gap without syncing anything, anywhere.

Common questions
Does Silk work for open relationships or polyamory?
Yes. Log per partner, aggregate, or solo mode — pick whatever matches your setup.
What happens if someone picks up my phone and taps the app?
They see a calculator. Silk only reveals itself after you enter the PIN. If they type numbers into the calculator, they get a calculator.
Does Silk sync to iCloud or to my partner's phone?
No. Nothing syncs. Zero network calls, zero accounts, zero cloud backup. The data stays on the device you logged it on.
Can I log mood or notes, not just frequency?
Both. Each entry supports mood, notes, and tags alongside the frequency log. The calendar view surfaces patterns over time.
